About European Review of Books:
The European Review of Books is a magazine of culture and ideas, in print and online, in English and in a writer’s own tongue. We publish book-length print issues three times a year, and digital pieces each week. In 2021, we launched a crowdfunding campaign, to raise funds for early contributors, along with a digital opuscule of early essays, stories, and explorations. Issue One appeared in June 2022.
In this issue:
Around the world in strawberry red. Schengen’s pseudo-borderless « Europe ». A day in Minsk & an eternity at the border. A trip through Syria’s now-uninhabited terror apparatus (archivists needed). Cocoa farmers in Côte d’Ivoire, agricultural-novelists in Switzerland & France, tree-huggers in The Hague, and much more to get lost in.

Where are we?
Disko is in Cambridge, Ontario. It's about an hour west of Toronto. We're specifically located in the Galt area, which is a beautiful old downtown with nice shops. It's worth the drive.
